Order Processing & Fulfilment
All abayas are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7 business days of your order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location:
- UK Standard — 2–3 business days
- UK Express — 1–2 business days
- International — 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Important Notes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses. International customers may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Eid and sale events.
